Sorry if this is too geeky haha... But for those who own both seasons on DVD... I found it's kind of cool to split the show up into vignettes of each character. All the Jack flashback episodes.. then all the Kates... the Sawyers. It really helps you look at the plot in new ways, and it helps add some spice after you've watched every episode so many times like I have haha.
I'm currently watching all the Hurley eps, and its really making me love the Hurley back-stories and how they tie into the island plots. If there's a character you don't like that much (I know there's a lot of Shannon/Boone haters haha), try watching all their episodes in a row. For me, I ended up lovin' em and apreciating their backstory.
Has anyone done this before, and can recommend an order to do the characters? I"ll give my suggestion after I finish... it's really kinda cool!
Wow, I might try that in a minute.
I've done it it segments like watching the crash sequence, (the desmond flashbacks that lead up to it & then pilot part 1&2 & the other 48 days) and things like that, but not by character.
I think I'll start with Kate, then that'll probably lead me on to Sawyer... but I don't know after that.
That's a fantastic idea! I got Season 2 for my bd in October and we keep meaning to watch it (Watching Season 1 like a marathon is such a great memory...it was all so new to us and both my husband and I were like...We are so in love with this show!) but we haven't yet. I am going to suggest doing this. I can't remember whose episodes are whose...I'll have to do some research. Thanks for the suggestion! Also, if that's geeky, I'm a supergeek. An obsessed supergeek...

Ditto!
And Just to say, I started this last night, I watched all the Kate episodes (inc. I Do) like I said I was going to, about 5 consecutive hours of Lost, it was great!
