Will Kelvin Be Back?

Clearly the island has incredible healing powers. If that parachutist can get over a punctured lung in a day or two, could it be that Kelvin Inman recovered as well? Correct me if I'm wrong, but he only had major head trauma courtesy of Desmond and was left unburied. Will we see him again? I think yes. What do you think?

More likely we'll see the other Inman. Sayid's pal from Iraq.

Re: Will Kelvin Be Back?

I think if we do see him again it will be in a flashback. Kelvin was one of my favorite characters so I sure hope we do see him again. Even though it was about 20-some days I believe since Kelvin's death and the time Desmond ran to his sailboat, I'm sure Desmond would've noticed if Kelvin's body wasn't there anymore. This is assuming he took the same path to the sailboat.

I was thinking the same thing earlier today! After Kelvin fell and hit his head, Desmond ran back to the hatch and was late and caused the plane crash (so he thinks). I think there's a good chance he survived.

Re: Will Kelvin Be Back?

Wow what a thought there! A Good one. I havent thought of Kelvin in over a year. Come to think of it where the sail boat was had to be near the hatch and nobody that we know of has mentioned the decaying body they found on the rocks now have they. Humm interesting.

Re: Will Kelvin Be Back?

If everyone is coming back to life....
what about Colleen's death? And Pikett's anger about that? they don't know anything????
And juliet killing Pickett so easily? And Ben coldness at Colleen's death? they know something?
And Ben needing an operation? Why? Maybe Jacob doesn't want to give him the cure or something like that? What did he do to not deserve it?

Re: Will Kelvin Be Back?

It occurred to me a while ago that we hadn't seen Kelvin's body again, even though we have seen the rocks he "died" on more than once. Desmond would have passed that way when he left the hatch to find his boat. Also, the journey the tailies took to the main beach camp passed that cove. It could be that the same area was used for filming several scenes, without TPTB intending it to represent the same part of the island. But seeing that rocky area again reminded me of Kelvin, made me wonder where his body was, and made me think there's a slight chance he may not be dead.

Re: Will Kelvin Be Back?

Kelvin never died.
I'm absolutely convinced of it.

Sooner or later he's gonna turn up.

Re: Will Kelvin Be Back?

So Coleen will wake up on the boat they put her body in and row back into shore?

or she will never come back because she is not on the island or not close enough for the healing properties to work?

(I'm starting to remember a lot of comments from Damon and Carlton that said "once you are dead and buried on the island you will not come back.")
