Another avi/sig/etc. question

I've tried to find an answer to this everywhere -- honestly! But I'm trying to figure out how to add the line under the avatar (like an avatar title thing). I got the line above my status figured out, but I'm still in the dark about the under-avi line. Could you point me in the right direction? Thanks.

Don't be ...go to "Edit Profile" under the "Quick Links" tab, and it's "Personal Text" in the "Additional Information" section there....
