Does anyone understand the information that Dark posted about the bonus material and eggs? Am I right, that the eggs are listed but with no indication of where to find them? Also, that second box below the eggs list that lists a few features, I don't get what that means.

All information posted on DarkUFO is nothing but a copy of what the British Board of Film Classification (=BBFC) posted on its website (see link above and links in the S3-DVD-thread). The list is simply a compilation of all bonus material they had to rate to determine which rating the DVDs get in the UK, so there obviously can't be any indication of where to find the easter eggs.
As for the second box: all information in that box was taken from this page.
Unfortunately, nobody has posted directly about the new easter here, yet.

But according to Leoff's post at Lost-forum.com "only" 15 have been found so far.
Was there some mastering error or will the remaining ones simply be exclusive to the Play.com / Best Buy bonus discs?

Choekaas confirmed that the easter eggs from the Brazilian RC4 version - as reported by Leoff - are the same ones that are featured on the Norse RC2 version.
So hopefully the remaining three ones will finally be found on the Play.com / Best Buy bonus disc!

Yep those are the easter eggs, found them all. Still working on seeing if you can unlock monitor 1 and 6. I believe the area with Naomis phone may be the way to unlock it, since it doesn't do anything when you click, but maybe you can unlock it somehow. Dont know.
has anyone had any break throughs with unlocking the other 2 screens or no such luck. ive been wondering why the walkie talkie cant be selected but all other 3 objects e.g. ultra sound screen, naomis phone and cage button can all be pressed but walkie talkie not. hmmmmm?

Same here I cant seen to find the kate in handcuffs easter egg either. I counted easter eggs and theres 15 that I can find. But 17 from the news we heard.
So where is the other two I wonder. I'm starting to think those two easter eggs, could be apart of a special bonus disc the UK are having. darn, I hope not. I wont be able to get them then.
Tt appears that the UK Season 3 Disk set has an extra disk and yes, they have the deleted scenes with Kate In Handcuffs on it.
My set has eight discs, the last one is in the case with the normal Bonus disc (that has Ben and Juliet on it). It doesn't have any of the characters on it like the others, but is just silver with the Buena Vista Logo and is labelled 'Lost Series 3 Exclusive Bonus Content Disc'
There's also Lost on Location segments for the Cost of Living, Enter 77 and DOC on this disc, as well as a deleted scene in which Sawyer finds a little toy inside the Dharma cereal box.
Here's what happens in the scene:
Kate is taken back into the locker rooms where she originally got her dress by Tom. She is handcuffed and sits on the bench. She gets up, finds some kind of shampoo/shower gell and squirts some on to her wrists. She tries to get the handcuffs off, screaming as she does so. When this doesn't work she links her hands over the top of a locker door, and pulls down, to the point where her feet are off the floor, and the handcuffs still won't come loose. More screaming. The door partly comes off, she falls to the floor and cries - the caps you posted above, Lyly.
Bit disapointed with this, I dislike how everyone get different extras. Why cant we all get everything. Oh well, youtube here I come.

Yeah, I agree on your assessment of the first box - Easter egg info, but not how to find them. I don't get the second box either.
