Loved the ring find. I thought the ep was great, but the only actual cheers I let fly were when Sun found the ring and when Vincent ran out of the jungle. LOL I'm easily pleased.
I was SOOOO happy when Sun found the ring. I actually cried. That ring better find its way to Claire!
Thanks Darlton, for the wonderful scene. Now all you need to do is find a way to bring Charlie back to Lost, and I'll have no reason to be upset with you anymore.

I wouldn't personally go that far, but it would certainly put him in a better light.
Ha, I was hooting as soon as Sun looked toward the cradle!! I knew the long-lost Ring would be found..
I hated that it was just tossed in the sand back then. It seemed ...... kind of disrespectful.
So yay to the writers for rescuing the ring from the neverness of the sand.
I do have high hopes for next season including some Charlie... The guitar case, the ring.. So maybe Charlie, our "Lord of the Ring (couldn't resist ) will be back?
I'm rewatching the Sci Fi reruns and just watched "The Moth".. Such a masterpiece. Dom acted the hell out of that one.

I also really liked the ring moment, and I liked having Sun find it. She's been close to Claire, after all. It would be fantastic if Sun were to find Claire, somehow. And give her the ring, which Claire could finally pass on to Aaron (yay!)
I was wondering: if things are reset to the original 815 flight, might we catch a glimpse of Charlie? Or, how awesome would it be if they were to crash again, and we get our originals (CHarlie, Shannon, Boone) back? I know it's unlikely due to actors' committments etc, but it would be amazing if that happened in S6. Full circle, truly.

Wishful thinking... that may or may not come true. We shall see what they have in store for us.
I don't think that they'll reset and the plane wont crash, because that would just cause a grandfather paradox (as in, if they stop the incident and they never crash on the island, then they wouldn't have ever been on the Island to stop the incident, which means the incident will happen and flight 815 will crash.)
But, I'm starting to see a fair bit of evidence that points to a Charlie return (although most of it is speculation and possibly wishful thinking) and I'm really starting to get my hopes up now.
Wouldn't it be awesome if Darlton actually listened to us?
Hi guys, I haven't visited this thread in a long long time. I didn't watch any of S5. But recently I've been experimenting with making fanvids, so I made the Charlie tribute vid I always wanted. This week is the 2 year anniversary since Charlie's sad departure and I still have many great memories of this character.
Will Charlie will be brought back in S6? I won't hold my breath, but it's the only thing that could ever make me watch another episode of Lost. Though really, I'm at peace if he doesn't return. I'm not fond of what the show has become.
