Jack/Kate in Parking Garage

What did Kate mean when she said:

"I know why you dont want to see the baby, but until you do, until you want to, there is no you and me going for coffee. if there is at any time you change your mind, come and see us."

meaning I know you don't want to see the baby since I lied that the baby is mine.
or
Jack needs to want to be the father.

I don't get it.

My best guess is that its all about what happened to Claire and about more lies... until Jack can deal with these issues, he cant face Aaron.

IMO this scene made it clear that whatever Jack's reason for not seeing Aaron is, its understandable... kate seemed to be understood why jack didnt want to see Aaron! but from kate's words its not a problem that jack cant overcome... so its probably about something that has happened to Claire prior to that scene...
