...Allright, now onto the questions from your readers and your viewers. First up, Brian Winkleman wants to know, "Are there any plans to film the online comics and maybe incorporate them into the DVD?"

We hope so. There are plans for the online comics moving to other mediums. We should have some announcements in the next few weeks.

*does backflips*

Yayyy! I heart the novels.
Thanks for the spoiler warning, btw, and posting the comics-related info.
Is the spolier stuff just stuff mentioned in the comics, or is it more than that?
(I like to read the comics, but otherwise I try to avoid spoilers.)

No DC. I would avoid the article all together if you are avoiding spoilers. There is some very spoiler-y stuff there. They do these interviews every week, and answer viewer questions about what is coming up and some questions from the CBR staff as well, and they give some VERY good answers for spoiler buffs. The only part they mention about the online comics is the stuff I posted.

Re: Holy Cow! Plans for the online comics...

What do you think "filming the comic" means?

Does it mean just taking stills of the comic pages and posting those on the DVD? ... (that's what I assume) ... or does it mean producing additional side episodes of the show ... (seems too involved given the stuff shown in the comic).

I don't know Quince. I thought that it meant that they would be doing live action versions, but that might be a problem with the contracts, etc, so you are probably right about the just filming the actual "comics".

I really haven't gotten into them to much, but couldn't they do an animated show based on the comics? Like the cartoon versions of Batman, etc.?
